Sambal Badjak is a fried sambal that provides a spicy, mild taste due to the addition of onion and garlic. This sambal gives a delicious taste to Asian dishes, but is also delicious in sauces, meat dishes and gravy. This sambal is made with sustainably grown chili peppers, according to an authentic recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
Chili pepper, salt, onion, brown sugar (sugar, molasses, coloring E150c), water, sugar, roasted coconut, palm oil, vinegar, maltodextrin, food acid E270, ginger, garlic powder, SHRIMP POWDER, preservative E202. E= EC approved excipient.
DIRECTIONS:
Store in a cool dry place.
