STIGLMEIER BAVARIAN LEBERWURST
Our mild, country-style liver sausage is made from pork liver, pork and pork snouts for a slightly coarser texture, and flavored with traditional Bavarian spices. All our liver sausages can be used as appetizers, as you would paté!
INGREDIENTS:
Pork Liver, Pork, Pork Snouts, Pork Fat Back, Onions, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sodium Erythorbate, Dextrose, Sodium Nitrite.
DIRECTIONS:
Our Bavarian liver sausage is fully cooked and ready to eat as is. We think it’s at its best when spread on light rye or toasted whole wheat bread. Or you may prefer serving it sliced with pickles and Dijon mustard.
Keep refrigerated.
