This ready-to-cook kale gets its hearty, aromatic flavor from being prepared according to an original Oldenburg family recipe. Season and refine to your liking, for example with onions, mustard, or goose fat. Our kale goes perfectly with smoked pork loin and sausages. Although it's available year-round, this winter vegetable should only be purchased if it's locally grown. This way, all the vitamins and nutrients are preserved.
