BAVARIAN SMOKED LINK SAUSAGE
The longer and skinnier version of our Smoked Bratwurst. Coarse ground, fully cooked and smoked. Lean cuts of pork with some beef and a hint of garlic. Reddish in color. Perfect in pastas, cold in pasta salads, on a bun, pair with sauerkraut and mustard, or cut into pieces like “little smokies” as an appetizer.
Pork, beef, water, salt, flavorings, sodium phosphates, garlic powder, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate. Packed in sheep, hog, or beef casings.
