Honig Vegetable soup is a clear soup filled vegetables and vermicelli. By adding fresh ingredients make such a delicious, homemade soup.
Bouillon (yeast extract), vegetables (carrot, leek, tomato, onion) vermicelli (wheat), salt, starch, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oil, herb (celery, celery seed) flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate, sodium guanylate, disodium inosinate) sugar, spices (turmeric, nutmeg, pepper, mace) flavor (contains soy), vegetable fat: coloring, caramel.
You will need:
- 150 g meatballs
- 150 g soup vegetables
How you make it:
- Put the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it, stirring with a whisk to boil.
- Add, once the soup is cooking, the meatballs and soup vegetables.
- Put the lid on the pan (not quite close) and leave with occasional stirring the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
