Huy Fong Foods, Inc. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce is made from sun ripened chilies which are ground into a smooth paste along with garlic and packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce is excellent for adding a delicious, spicy kick to a wide variety of dishes. Like all Huy Fong Food’s sauces, only the highest quality ingredients are used, and never any artificial colors or flavorings!

Chili, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Acetic Acid, Potassium Sorbate And Sodium Bisulfite As Preservatives, Xanthan Gum. CONTAINS SULPHITE (SODIUM BISULFITE).
