INDOFOOD RAWON SPICY BEEF SOUP

Strong rich tasting traditional stock soup is the trademark of the unforgettable Indonesian traditional Rawon recipe. Make your Rawon dining experience more special with Indofood Rawon Seasoning. No hassle, no messy kitchen, and your delicious Rawon is ready to be served!

Rawon soup is made of ground mix­ture of garlic, shallot, keluak, ginger, candlenut, turmeric, red chili and salt sauteed with oil until it gets aromatic. The sauteed mixture is then poured into boiled beef stock with diced beef. Lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves and sugar are then added as seasonings.

INGREDIENTS:

Herb & Spices (Shallot, Garlic, Kluwak seed, Candlenut, Lemongrass, Galangal, Ginger, Cumin, Coriander, Bay leaf), Water, Salt, Flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, Disodium inosinate & guanylate), Palm oil, Sugar, Color (Caramel), Lactic acid, Fermented shrimp (Shrimp, Fish). 

CONTAINS: Treenuts (Candlenut), Crustaceans, Fish.

DIRECTIONS:

Cooking Directions: Prepare 500g of beef cubes and garnish, shredded leeks, fresh bean sprouts. 1. Boil the beef cubes untili tender. Allow 750 ml/ 3 glasses iof broth to remain in the pan. 2. Add one sachet of Indofood Instant Seasoning Mix for Spicy Beef Soup and stir well. 3. Cook another 15 minutes on low. Serve hot with garnish.
