Description

BELBERRY ROYAL SELECTION WILD LINGONBERRY CONFIT & CHUTNEY

Belberry Royal Royal Selection Wild Lingonberry Confit & Chutney is made in Belgium according to an old family recipe. All Belberry Royal Preserve jams are cooked in open kettles. Their exquisite taste is obtained by using at least 49% of high quality fruit and the finest sugars. These are the best jams we’ve ever eaten!

The small, sweet lingonberry is native to the Boreal Forest. A delicious condiment with a wonderful balance of sweet and tart notes. Pairs perfectly with ham, poultry or blue and wash-rind cheeses. In order to achieve truly flavorsome confits, Belberry carefully chooses each and every ingredient. Their confits beautifully complement meat, patés, game and foie gras. Try them in your game sauces or to glaze poultry and meat, and you’ll discover how these delectable condiments will become an absolute essential in your kitchen. They also work wonders with charcuterie and cheese.

Cheese and fruit go naturally well together. Both have their own well-defined characters but, when combined, they produce subtle flavors. Let the cheese approach room temperature and try the cheese by itself first. Then try a morsel with some Belberry cheese pairing preserve to gain and enjoy a new taste perspective!
