LANDSBERG CHRISTSTOLLEN
LANDSBERG Christstollen made in Germany with candied orange peel, candied lemon peel and citron peel and covered with powdered sugar. This yeast-cake is folded and rounded into an oval to represent the infant Jesus in a bundle of swaddling clothes. No German Christmas celebration is complete without a Stollen on the table!
INGREDIENTS:
Sultanas 29%, wheat flour, sugar, palm fat, dextrose, candied orange peel 1.5% (orange peel, glucose fructose syrup), candied lemon peel .25% lemon peel, citron peel, glucose fructose syrup), yeast, sorbitol (stabilizer), invert sugar syrup, vegetable oil (rape seed, palm), wheat starch, natural flavor, salt, mono- and diglucerides of fatty acids (emulsifier), guar gum (thickener). May contain traces of hazelnuts, milk and egg.
DIRECTIONS:
Store in a cool dry place.
