BECHTLE BLACK FOREST SPAETZLE:
Bechtle Pastas are made from high quality durum wheat and freshly cracked cage-free eggs. They are a delicious addition to round out any authentic german meal, either traditionally sauced or even just tossed in butter!
DIRECTIONS: Boil 1 qt water and 1 tsp of salt per 4 oz of Spaetzle. Add the Spaetzle to the salted boiling water and cook on high for approximately 17 minutes, stirring occasionally. The strain and serve.
