The wild cacao used to make this single-origin choco­late bar comes from a trop­i­cal region located on the Ecuado­rian Pacific Coast called Chocó. Cacao beans from this region bring notes of dried nuts and berries.

Native Cen­tral Amer­i­can ances­tral com­mu­ni­ties used cacao tra­di­tion­ally as a med­i­c­i­nal drink and in rit­u­als as an offer­ing to the gods. In our choco­late, we pre­serve the ele­ments that make cacao a healthy and ener­giz­ing fruit. We take part in the entire process from the selec­tion of organic cacao beans to the pro­duc­tion and and all the way to the mar­ket­ing of our choco­late. We have cre­ated our dif­fer­ent choco­lates mak­ing them ideal for their pur­pose: bars, choco­late cover­ture for fruits and nuts, or choco­late cover­ture for con­fec­tions. In the cre­ation of our prod­ucts, we have achieved a har­mony between the taste and tex­ture and the ter­roir of the cacao that we use in them.

When you con­sume our choco­late, we want to share with you the cul­ture of the cacao, the effort of the farm­ers who pro­duce it and the respon­si­bil­ity in the process of pro­duc­tion. We want you to be part of our world of fla­vors to explore.

Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter.

Processed in a facility that also processes nuts, tree nuts, soya and dairy.
