CRIMSON COVE SMOKED SOCKEYE SALMON
Smoked sockeye salmon in a retort pouch, or “flexible can” does not require refrigeration. Smoked salmon is vacuum-sealed into the pouch. Then the pouch receives heat processing to 250 F. Like cans the pouch may be stored on your shelf until opened!
INGREDIENTS:
Wild caught sockeye salmon, salt, brown sugar, alderwood smoke.
DIRECTIONS:
Store in a cool dry place. After opening pouch, store in refrigerator and consume within six weeks. Shelf life is about five years.
