PLEASE ADD ONCE TO ORDER IF SHIPPING CHOCOLATE OR OTHER ITEMS THAT YOU PREFER TO BE PROTECTED.

Please Note: This charge will be added to your shipment if it is not already, and may be adjusted down depending on the time of year, products shipped, and destination. If the weather is good and the product is stable, you may only be charged $2.00 just for ice packs. We will make that adjustment as we process your order, and it will be reflected on your receipt included with your package. Items that are very perishable like frozen fish & meat, are ALWAYS shipped with the insulated box.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PERISHABLE PRODUCTS WHEN SENT BY GROUND.
Most products we sell can be shipped via Ground without a problem. However, some items must be sent via Express due to their perishable nature including some refrigerated and frozen foods, and chocolate during the summer months.
We give the customer the choice of shipping methods. Our general policy is that we guarantee perishable products when shipped via Express, and the customer takes the risk when sent by Ground. We will not be held responsible for spoilage of perishable products sent by Ground. We prefer to ship perishable products Monday & Tuesday in an effort to avoid weekend losses and reserve the right to delay a perishable shipment to safely schedule it. We may also delay a shipment due to inclement weather.
When shipping perishable foods, our cart will automatically add Ice Pack Shipping depending on the items purchased. Ice Pack Shipping costs $8 (Including Ice Packs). These additional costs will be added to your invoice and show on your credit card. Your order CANNOT be shipped without this payment.
Note: Ingredients and labels may change without notice and translation and/or typographical errors are possible. The European Parliament directives and amendments pertaining to compulsory food labeling can vary depending on the item in question and producers are not always required to provide a detailed and complete listing of all ingredients.
