Description

GLENFIDDICH RICH FRUIT PUDDING

The Glenfiddich Rich Fruit Pudding is made to a traditional British recipe made with rich fruits including - raisins, sultanas, candied peel, mixed spice and syrup. The puddings are thoroughly steamed to give a moist and rich festive taste. After steaming a “tot” of Glenfiddich Whisky is added, this helps to mature the pudding!

INGREDIENTS:

Raisins (25%), sugar, cider (12%), wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sultanas (9%), candied citrus peel (glucose syrup, orange peel, sugar, lemon peel, acidity regulator: citric acid), palm oil, Glenfiddich whisky (3%), humectant: vegetable gylcerine; rum (2.5%), sherry, mixed spices, salt, lemon oil, orange oil, yeast.

For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May also contain nuts. Suitable for vegetarians.

DIRECTIONS:

Store in a cool dry place.

WALKERS

Much has changed since Joseph Walker baked his first batch of biscuits over a century ago. But, although we’ve updated many of our methods and are constantly adding exciting products to our range, some things remain a constant; Joseph's children and grandchildren have always remained true to that original ideal – to make the world’s most delicious pure butter shortbread.

In fact, when the family opened another factory at Elgin to produce their popular new range of shortbread cookies and biscuits, it was only on the condition that they would continue using the finest ingredients: plump fruits, aromatic spices, chunks of real chocolate and flavoursome nuts.
