Rolled Oats (38%), Wholemeal Wheat Flour (23%), Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Salt, May also contain Nuts, Milk, Soya.
