KOOPMANS PANCAKE MIX ORIGINAL
Pancakes Original is our classic pancake mix. Add your own milk, eggs and butter and make a stack of traditional Dutch pancakes. This pancake mix contains a combination of wheat, oats and buckwheat and is therefore tasty and nutritious. Follow the recipe on the packaging and make the tastiest pancakes for the whole family in no time.
A pack of Koopmans Original Pancakes is enough for 11 to 13 pancakes. Bake the tastiest pancakes yourself with this mix and enjoy classic combinations such as a pancake with icing sugar or syrup. Want to unpack even more flavor? Then make pancakes with bacon, cheese or apple slices!
INGREDIENTS:
WHEAT flour, buckwheat flour, RYE flour, raising agents (E 341i, E 501(ii)), salt, WHEAT FIBERS. May contain (EGG, MILK).
DIRECTIONS:
1 pkg. of pancake mix, 800ml. (app.3 cups) milk, 2 eggs, butter or oil. Put mix in bowl and add half of milk. Mix with whisk or mixer until smooth. While stirring add rest of milk and eggs. Heat up butter or oil in frying pan. Pour mixture in pan, spread out over bottom of pan and bake both sides until golden brown. Serve with your choice of syrup, sugar or jam.
Store in a cool dry place.
