Indofood Bumbu Kare Instant Curry Mix [45 g] is an instant ready-to-cook seasoning from Indofood, here to help you produce delicious Indonesian curry dishes. Indofood curry seasoning is made from a combination of selected spices & spices complete with coconut milk and processed hygienically so that it presents seasonings with guaranteed taste and quality that makes your curry dish even more special. Coming in a 45 g sachet pack that is perfect for serving 3-5 servings, this Indofood curry seasoning is practical and easy to use to help you produce delicious curry dishes without the hassle!
INGREDIENTS:
Coconut milk, herbs & spices, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate & guanylate), sugar, salt, shallot, garlic, chicken flavor, vegetable oil, acidity regulator. May contain a small amount of protein from shrimp & fish.
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken meat, cut according to taste and vegetables (potatoes, carrots & cabbage), according to taste. Saute 1 pack of Indofood instant curry spices until fragrant, add 2 cups of water (400mL) then add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens to your liking. Add vegetables, cook until cooked. Serve hot.
Store in a cool dry place.
