In 1957, Wilhelm Huber opened a small butcher shop in Waterloo, Ontario, using family recipes and traditional European meat processing methods. Pork, honey, salt, bourbon, sugar, dextrose, seasoning (whiskey, honey), sodium ascorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite, canola oil, natural smoke, in vegetable casing (sodium alginate, calcium chloride, natural flavor).
No refrigeration required. For optimal appearance, do not refrigerate, even after opening. If salami surface is white, it's still good! This occurs naturally when cured salami is exposed to cold.
Store in a cool dry place.
