LANDSBERG BUTTER STOLLEN
Christmas Stollen, also known as Christstollen, is a traditional German sweet bread with a profound history! It’s made with dried and candied fruits, spices, and nuts. The fold-over Stollen covered with powdered sugar is thought to have originated in the 15th century as the breakfast sweet bread. It remains the beloved treat till this day - more than 2 million Stollen are purchased in Germany alone every year! You can discover all flavors of cakes in our collection!
INGREDIENTS:
Sultanas 32%, wheat flour, butter (milk) 11%, dextrose, sugar, butterfat (milk), 4%, candied orange peel 3% (glucose fructose syrup, orange peel, citric acid (acidifier)), candied lemon peel 3% (glucose fructose syrup, lemon peel, cedar fruit peel, citric acid (acidifier)), yeast, sorbitol (stabilizer); wheat starch, salt, natural flavor, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (emulsifier); guar gum (thickener); palm fat, eggs, invert sugar syrup. May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, sesame and soy.
DIRECTIONS:
