INGREDIENTS:
Water, oat kernels, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cider vinegar, barley malt extract (gluten), psyllium seed husks, oat flakes, salt. May contain traces of sesame, soy, milk and tree nuts.
DIRECTIONS:
