WINERY DESCRIPTION:
This fortified wine is produced in the classic manner with Touriga Nacional, time-tested foot treading techniques and years of attentive care to create a delectable dessert wine.
Touriga Nacional is one of Portugal's classic port grapes. Because of low yields, the quality is high. It produces wonderful wines with vibrant, alluring flavors and aromas of raspberry and black currant with a background of citrus, dark chocolate and cinnamon. It's sourced from Copeland Vineyards in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA which was planted to Touriga Nacional in 2000 on a southern facing slope. It's a very warm site with 190 day growing season and annual precipitation of six inches much like the Dão region of Portugal.
Mosquito Fleet Winery is located on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula in Belfair, Washington on the tip of the Hood Canal. They produce both Bordeaux and Rhone blends as well as a Port from the traditional Touriga Nacional grape.

You must be 21 to purchase any product that contains alcohol, including beer, wine, and some chocolates. Delivery must accepted by an adult age 21+. All beer or wine shipments are sent via Federal Express with an adult signature sticker required on the box. Packages will not be left without signature at any residence or business. Marina Market personnel may contact you by telephone to confirm your order and age. There is an additional fee of $6.00 per shipment to cover the Adult Signature Service included in your shipping quote. This fee is imposed by FedEx.
Adult Shipping for any items containing alcohol including beer, wine, cider, and liquor-filled chocolates, requires an Adult Signature on delivery. The delivery driver cannot deliver to a person that is intoxicated, and no signature release, driver release, or indirect delivery allowed. You can opt to have your order shipped to a business, work, or even to a FedEx Station to be held for pickup. Please keep in mind that if an order is returned to us as undelivered because of non-signature, we will have to get payment to re-ship. Please see our current list of states we ship to. Our web cart will also notify you during checkout if you try to order beer or wine for delivery to a state that does not allow it by only showing "In Store pickup".
