BREWERY DESCRIPTION:
Lindemans Noir is a bold, strong fruit beer that captures the essence of mystery. Crafted from a unique blend of spontaneously fermented lambic and top-fermented Belgian strong ale, it draws its depth and complexity from blackcurrants, elderberries, and blueberries. With its deep maroon color and intense berry aroma, it invites you to explore a darker side of fruit. Here, elegance meets unexpected flavor!
Lindemans Noir and d’Or opened a daring new chapter in our portfolio: our first high-alcohol fruit beers. Lindemans Noir is a mixed fermentation beer made from a unique blend of spontaneously fermented lambic and Belgian strong ale, enriched with deep dark fruits like blackcurrants, elderberries, and blueberries. Despite its high ABV, Lindemans Noir surprises with a smooth, juicy profile without any bitterness. And with less than 35 grams of sugar per liter, it remains beautifully balanced!
TASTING NOTES:
Juicy and full-bodied, this strong fruit beer bursts with the rich flavors of dark berries — blackcurrants, elderberries, and blueberries — balanced by a lively acidity and a surprisingly smooth, dry finish despite its 8% ABV. The taste of Lindemans Noir is almost wine-like, with deep and complex flavors.
