When the world handed us lemons, we made lemon milk chocolate! This award-winning chocolate bar was inspired by bright days on the island of Capri and features organic lemon essential oil from Italy. We picked this specific oil because of the zesty and tart flavors produced by the cold pressing of the lemon’s peels. Before being pressed, the lemons are harvested while still green, which yields a higher quality oil!
Our organic & fair trade milk chocolate features flavor notes of roasted nuts and caramel, which calms and balances the tartness of lemon essential oil. The result of this combination is a smooth and creamy treat which will leave you daydreaming of warm vacation days!
