KOLSVART SALTY SMOKED LICORICE FISH
Artificial flavor? Yes, we proudly use salmiak (ammonium chloride) to get that special sharp flavor. It is a key ingredient in any Nordic salty licorice. We also put this licorice fish in the smoker to create a unique combination of two Nordic taste traditions. To our knowledge, this is the only smoked licorice in the world!
