Herring cutlets blended in our own 'Amsterdam' sauce, prepared with fresh realsour cream.To preserve our time honored taste we've utilized our special recipes nearly a century old. Ourunparalleled quality tradition begins with Grade 'A' Herring from the frigid andrich North Atlantic waters of Canada. Our old fashioned process is complimentedwith fresh onions and whole spices. The highest level of food safety is maintainedby our dedicated staff in accordance with our HACCP plan and Kosher certification!
INGREDIENTS:
Herring, sour cream (nonfat milk), cream, whey, modified corn starch, sodium phosphate, quarr gum, carrageenean, sodium citrate, locust bean gum, water, vinegar, sugar, spices, wine onions, salt. Contains fish.
