BAVARIAN MEATS POLISH SAUSAGE (KELBASSI)
Lean cuts of pork with some beef, mixed with fresh cracked black pepper. Coarse ground, smoked and fully cooked with notes of allspice and a hint of garlic. Juicy and meaty in texture. Wonderful with fried potatoes, on a bun, or pair with sauerkraut and mustard and a pretzel.
