Soba noodles with a combination of soy sauce and sugar in a broth made from dried bonito flakes, soba noodles with a smooth texture, and savory small shrimp tempura.
With the deliciousness of the flavorful special soup, which is made by blending two kinds of bonito this product is very popular in Japan. A well-balanced Kanto-style soup made with rich soy sauce and sugar, with the unique texture and smoothness of buckwheat noodles. The piece of tempura on top of the soba noodles contains small shrimp pieces. It can be enjoyed crisp after dipping in the soup, or soft after soaking it in the broth. Delicious either way!
