DIRECTIONS:
We recommend preparing FIKA in a coffee maker. Before you start brewing the coffee, you should make sure that the brewing equipment is clean. In order for it to taste as good as possible, it is important that you dose correctly, a coffee measure or a heaped tablespoon per cup, 6-8 g per 1.5 dl. Ideally, the water should be between 92-96°C. If you have a brewer with too low a temperature, it is better to boil the water and pour it over the coffee in the filter holder.
Store in a cool dry place.
