BREWERY DESCRIPTION:
Cozy up to the fire with a pint of pFriem’s Winter Ale and gift your taste-buds with hints of spice, orange zest, caramel and a touch of spruce tree. You may even sense the subtle notes of fruitcake, which might encourage you to share this Winter Ale with your family and friends. Unlike fruitcake, this is a beer that will not be re-gifted!
Bright tawny amber with an off-white head. Fruity aroma with a touch of spice; waftings of fresh baked fruitcake with a touch of spruce tree. Rich bold flavors of hops and malt meld with a touch of orange zest and huckleberries. The finish leaves the mouth covered with a trace of caramel, cut by an assertive hoppiness.

Rahr Pale, Simpsons Munich, Simpsons Crystal Dark, Carafa III (German Roasted Malt) Malts, Chinook, Mosaic, Citra, Nelson, El Dorado Hops.
SUGGESTED PAIRINGS:
Holiday cakes and bread. Roast turkey, cranberry stuffing, glazed ham & roasted potatoes, and pan-roasted black cod. Baked apples, pear chutney, holiday pies, and vegetables.
Alcohol Information
You must be 21 to purchase any product that contains alcohol, including beer, wine, and some chocolates. Delivery must accepted by an adult age 21+. All beer or wine shipments are sent via Federal Express with an adult signature sticker required on the box. Packages will not be left without signature at any residence or business. Marina Market personnel may contact you by telephone to confirm your order and age. There is an additional fee of $6.00 per shipment to cover the Adult Signature Service included in your shipping quote. This fee is imposed by FedEx.
Adult Shipping for any items containing alcohol including beer, wine, cider, and liquor-filled chocolates, requires an Adult Signature on delivery. The delivery driver cannot deliver to a person that is intoxicated, and no signature release, driver release, or indirect delivery allowed. You can opt to have your order shipped to a business, work, or even to a FedEx Station to be held for pickup. Please keep in mind that if an order is returned to us as undelivered because of non-signature, we will have to get payment to re-ship. Please see our current list of states we ship to. Our web cart will also notify you during checkout if you try to order beer or wine for delivery to a state that does not allow it by only showing "In Store pickup".
