These cocktail (or silverskin) onions are pickled in white wine vinegar and make wonderful garnishes, appetizers and ingredients of charcuterie platters. German cuisine is famous for their pickled cucumbers, pickled onions sauerkraut, or red cabbage. Made in Germany by Kuehne, based in Hamburg, founded in 1722!
