BREWERY DESCRIPTION:
More than 35 years we have had to miss the Christmas beer, but in 2002, the tradition was restored and we brew again the Gouden Carolus Christmas. The beer is a classic dark ruby red, winter ale. It's brewed in August and then rests a few months in the brewery's cellars to reach an optimal taste balance. Six different spices and three types of Belgian hops make this Christmas beer a world-class beer.
