Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Because we deal with imported items, prices fluctuate without warning, and some items on our web site may not be accurately priced at the time of purchase. We make every effort to honor the prices in our cart, and will only adjust pricing after contacting you with an explanation and consent.
Funds: We take payment in U.S. funds only. When payment is made by check, orders are held until the check clears the bank.
Credit Cards: We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Shipping: Unless otherwise arranged, we will ship all orders via FedEx. All refrigerated and frozen foods are shipped Express and if the customer requests Ground shipping, they then assume the responsibility for the goods. We will ONLY gaurantee perishable foods when sent via Express Shipping.
Marina Market is NOT responsible for weather related damage. Common carriers do not provide climate control over shipments. The purchaser assumes all risk brought on by the weather during shipment. Damage related to the weather and climate during shipment is not the responsibility of Marina Market nor the common carrier. Please do not place sensative orders when extreme hot or cold weather is expected.
FedEx Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping are available to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.
Items damaged during shipment can be claimed through FedEx with your receipt and tracking number. We will take damaged goods on a case-by-case basis and remedy the shipment at our discretion. Please make sure to photograph any damaged packaging and items.
Shipping Errors: Any shipping errors will be credited to your account or re-shipped at no added cost.
Returns-Refunds: Our general policy is to provide a full refund on items that are returned in saleable condition, in original packaging, with shipping paid by the buyer. Perishable foods cannot be returned. Special orders are not returnable in most cases.
