The recipe for this soft yellow cheese, whose name simply means Farmer's Cheese, originated in Sweden. Our version, true to the Stromwall Brothers original, is made in the USA by Noon Hour Food Products of Chicago, Illinois. It has a has a semi-soft texture similar to Havarti but without the holes.
