Mushrooms, porcini mushrooms and a fine note of white wine give this noble mushroom sauce its special taste. This sauce goes well with various meat dishes, vegetables and also goes well with spaetzle. KNORR gourmet sauces offer the right sauce idea for every taste!

INGREDIENTS:
Palm oil, starch, wheat flour, mushrooms (7% mushrooms, 2% porcini mushrooms, 1% butter mushrooms), iodized salt, lactose, spices, milk protein, sugar, tomato powder, onion, yeast extract, vegetable juice concentrate (onions, celery, carrots, leeks) , salt, white wine extract, sunflower oil. May contain traces of egg.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the contents cold water Stir with a whisk in 250 ml. While stirring, bring to a boil. cook for 5 minutes over low heat with pot lid slightly open. Stir occasionally. Enjoy!
