TORO NORWEGIAN GLUTEN FREE LIGHT FLOUR MIXTURE

Famous for amazing bakery mixes, Toro has introduced Gluten-Free flour blends. Delicious and so easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS:

Corn starch, risbakemel, dextrose, rice starch, potato fiber, potato starch, canola oil, salt, fiber husk, raising agent (calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), stabilizer (E464).

DIRECTIONS:

1 bag TORO Gluten light flour mixture
4 dl water
1/2 pk yeast

1. Heat liquid (approximately 37 ° C), put into a bowl and dissolve the yeast. Add the bag contents and knead the dough 5 minutes in the food processor.

2. Put the dough in greased bread tin (1.5 liters). Smooth out the surface with wet spatula, dot and brush with oil, milk or butter.

3. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

4. Bake on the bottom shelf at 210 ° C for about 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Tip: Milk can replace parts of water. Milk is nutritious and provides nice frying crust.
