TORO FRUKTSUPPE MIX
Toro Norwegian Fruktsuppe Fruit Soup. Fruit soup is also excellent for fruit shakes, fruit mousse and other desserts.
Sugar, raisins, potato starch, apricots, peaches, apples, prunes, pineapple concentrate, apricot concentrate, acid (citric acid), salt, color (caramel). Fruits and fruit concentrate: 38% Net Weight 149g- 4 servings.
1. Mix pack contents in 4 1/2C water.
2. Bring to a boil while stirring.
3. Let soup simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve hot or cold.
Serving Tips: FRUIT SHAKE Prepare soup according to directions. Add 4.5C soft vanilla ice cream and mix with hand blender for approx. 1 minute. Served in a tall glass with a scoop of ice cream and a sprinkling of grated chocolate or fruit sprinkles.
FRUIT mousse you need: 1.5C whipping cream, 3 gelatin sheets. Prepare broth with 2.5C water and cool. Whip 1.5C whipping cream and melt 3 sheets gelatin in 1/2C lukewarm water. Stir gently cream and gelatin into the soup into a fluffy mixture. Pour into dessert dish. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh fruit or berries before serving.
