TORO Free Fine cake mix is a gluten-free flour for sweet baking like cakes or buns. The flour is without wheat starch.
Corn starch, rice flour, grape sugar, potato starch, salt, herbicide (calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), rapeseed oil, stabilizer (xanthan gum).
1.5 dl sugar
1/2 bag (3 dl) TORO Gluten-free fine cake mix
1.5 tsp baking powder
1. Whip egg and sugar into egg dose.
2. Mix it dry and gently turn it into the egg solution.
3. Pour into lubricated round shape (22 cm).
4. Cook on the bottom groove at 170 ° C for approx. 45 minutes. Cool on a rack.
Store in a cool dry place.
