ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Elisabeth Johnson is a pastry chef, chef, and food stylist, She has won gold and team silver in the confectionary category at the Culinary Olympic Games, and two of her cookbooks were awarded the bronze medal at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. Known as the Queen of Licorice, she has collaborated with Life by Lisen to create a series of spa products flavored with licorice and other fresh tastes from nature, including peppermint, lemon, and eucalyptus. Johansson resides in Sweden.
