Quad-style ale brewed with Juniper and Spices, aged in a Syrah barrel with Brettanomyces.
'Crisp resinous nose, burnt copper hue, creamy mouthfeel, tastes of raisin, toffee, fig, clove, earthy botanicals with a moderate bright bing cherry tartness, spicy rustic highlights finishing with a piny dry evaporation.'
Ale brewed with Propolis microbes & brettanomyces. Age +2 years at 54F - serve between 40 - 50F.
