Golden Saison Syrah Barrel Aged with Wild Huckleberries

2-Row, wheat, caramel, toasted malt, noble hops, bittering and aromatic wild-crafted herbs and wild huckleberries

Tasting Notes: 'Nose of earthy wild fruit, sweet peach, lemon rind, must and wet oak, copper-rose hue, bright and crisp with moderate tartness & acidity, notes of honey, straw, wild berries, tangerine and tropical fruit, creamy and smooth body that finishes exceptionally dry.'

Cellar Notes: Ale brewed with Propolis microbes, brettanomyces and wild yeast - cellar +2 years

Food Pairings: Cornish Hen, Belgian Sausage, Manchego, Honey-Cured Ham, Venison Pastrami, Chutney, Brussel Sprouts, Wild Mushrooms.
