Ale brewed with sage, thyme, and hyssop, aged in a Malbec barrel with Wild Blackberries.
'Nose of deep dark berry with a myriad of aromatic malts; mahogony hue, velvet creamy mouth, tastes of savory herbs, stone fruit, burnt toffee, fig, anise, and plum; moderate acidity with a rustic tartnessthat carry through warming dry herbal highlights of grass, mint, and brush.'
Ale brewed with Propolis microbes & wild yeast and micro-organisms. Age +3 years at 54F - serve between 40 - 50F.
