Tie Up and Stock up in Poulsbo.
After a 6+ year absence boaters once again have access to Beer, Wine,
Groceries, Ice and Cigarettes at the Poulsbo Wharf!
May 8, 1998 --
POULSBO, WA -- The grand opening of the Marina Market at the Port of Poulsbo is being hailed by local and visiting boaters for making the Poulsbo marina a full-service facility, eliminating the need to provision boats prior to arrival at the port and providing a convenient source for the replenishment of food, beverage, ice and groceries while visiting Poulsbo’s picturesque waterfront.
The owners of the new Marina Market, Jonathan and Andrea Rowe, reside in Poulsbo on North Central Valley Road, with their year-old son, Ari. Jonathan’s experience includes work as a General Manager for Marriott Corporation and as a private chef. He also owned a natural fruit juice wholesale distributorship. Andrea Rowe is a former independent film producer who also works as a book researcher and editor.
"It’s great to be able to live and do business in a setting as beautiful as the Liberty Bay area," Jonathan Rowe said, "and especially when we are able to provide the kind of service that the community has long sought."
