See BEST BY date printed on can lid. Because King Oscar Anchovies are a semi-perishable product, we recommend storing them in a cool place or refrigerating them prior to use. While not mandatory, doing so can help preserve the uncompromising quality you have come to expect from King Oscar. Once the product has been opened, it may be stored refrigerated in an air-tight, non-metallic container for up to two days. Refrigerate after opening.
