GHOSTFISH GHOST PEPPER SAISON (SPECIAL RELEASE)
Ghost peppers are some of the hottest peppers in the world, but they also have a wonderful and unique flavor. By combining them with some milder Anaheim chilis, we were able to capture the bright fresh pepper flavors with a heat just shy of 'five alarm'. As the initial heat subsides, the classic Belgian-style saison flavor emerges, with a refreshing maltiness and fruity aromatics that complement the pepper flavor perfectly!
 
Ingredients
Water, Grouse malted millet and malted buckwheat, Eckert malted rice, brown rice, beet sugar, peppers, hops, yeast.

Beef, nachos, shellfish
